Winter Kit – Round 2, Game 2: Adam vs. Haarpsichord Studios – The Métropole Grid

After getting much league time in with our compelled bioroid runner, Julien steps up to the plate with Adam, the mysterious Compulsive Hacker. Coming pre-installed with multiple humanity-serving directives, will this technological marvel break free from his creators’ chains, or will ‘he’ learn to bend these restrictions to become something even stronger than ever imagined? Up against the very dangerous media-game of Jon’s Haarpsichord ‘Convenience Shop’, where will the metal man run?

Winter Kit – Round 2, Game 1: E.T.F. vs. Chaos Theory – The Métropole Grid

In a world before the Most Wanted List, E.T.F.’s Foodcoats still runs wild and free. Between sports team endorsements (go Outlaws, go!), and a lucrative line of bioroid ‘companions’, the diligent minds at Haas-Bioroid have their many fingers in even more profitable pies. Can the engineering powerhouse stand up against the child prodigy Chaos Theory, as she flexes her mind and skills to produce a near Criminal income?

Winter Kit – Round 1, Game 2: Reina Roja vs. Blue Sun – The Métropole Grid

Deep inside the lunar power plant, a security console jumps to life. “Code red threat,” it warns, “Security protocols under attack!” Ms. Diego cracks a slow smile, “Red? Looks like our old friend is walking free once again.” Simone calmly sets down her warm mug of YucaBean and fires up the main power display. “All generators at full power!” she orders into the comms unit, “Initiate the security AIs!” Simone leans back at her security station as the entire complex begins to emit a soft and soothing hum, “It’s about time the Queen learned the true meaning of ‘Unlimited Power’.”

Winter Kit – Round 1, Game 1: Blue Sun vs. Valencia – The Métropole Grid

Winter Kit season is upon us, as the runners and corps of Montréal prepare their finest (and ‘funnest’), as they battle for shiny new Corroders and a gorgeous punk rock playmat! Game one brings Jerome’s incredibly brutal Valencia Vamp-Mill, as she twists the arm of my very own glaciery Blue Sun deck. With D4V1Ds and Blackmails at Val’s disposal, can the lunar power giant even protect themselves from her prying and investigative eyes?

Summer Kit III – Round 4, Game 2: Valencia vs. Near-Earth Hub – The Métropole Grid

The final game of BD Cosmos’ third summer kit has the Angel of Cayambe investigating the ever expanding servers of NBN’s broadcast center, the Near-Earth Hub. The pressure is on as Valencia sets up her network of public access terminals and unsuspecting patsies, in her attempt to establish the infamous and deadly ‘backwards connection’. Can the productive minds at NBN push out the news fast enough, or will they find their servers helplessly leaking invaluable information?

Summer Kit III – Round 3, Game 2: Titan vs. Kate – The Métropole Grid

The third BD Cosmos Summer Kit of 2015 brings us our third match-up between our tried and true staple Shaper, Kate McCaffrey, and the influence flush financial branch of the Weyland Consortium, Titan Transnational. Will the hyper-aggressive expansions of our Titans in teal be any match for the unrivaled economy and multi-access of the tenacious Shaper? Anything worth doing is worth doing three times.

Summer Kit III – Round 3, Game 1: MaxX vs. E.T.F. – The Métropole Grid

A smile crept across MaxX’s face. Job well done. Somewhere in a cushy office deep in the Hub, an NBN sysop was shitting themselves. Going to have a lot of explaining to do. MaxX tossed her name badge across the room. Pleased, but not satisfied. Still hungry. Damage to be done. According to her contacts, the ‘good’ people at Haas Bioroid had started expanding into the agro-sector. Greedy. Her virtual lectures could wait. A shiny can of Diesel.  And we were off.

Summer Kit III – Round 2, Game 2: Titan vs. Kate – The Métropole Grid

Déja vu? The digital tinkerer returns as Kate sets her eyes on the plentiful servers of Weyland subsidiary, Titan Transnational. It seems this time that Titan has made some wise investments into Haas Bioroid efficiency procedures. How fast can we go? Are some new imported tricks any match for the unrelenting R&D pressure from our familiar Shaper friend? Anything worth doing is worth doing twice. Maybe even three times.

Summer Kit III – Round 2, Game 1: MaxX vs. SYNC – The Métropole Grid

MaxX barrels through her apartment door. A tin of YucaBean. Uniform off. Plugged in. Online. Music up, and loud. Good. NBN had been busy, or so she heard. A new orbital network was launched, largest in the system. Zettabytes of traffic. Liked the challenge. MaxX jacked in, narrowing her sights on the nearest relay. A messaged leaped from her rig: she had been located. They knew where she was. MaxX smirked. Good. “Come find me,” she muttered, not fully knowing what she was about to begin.
