The idea when playing this deck is to attack every server early and often punish weak servers and force your opponent to put ice everywhere and spread himself too thin. Then try and make efficient runs in the late game to get the last couple agendas.
This is standard RP. Heavily tax the runner to open up scoring windows, have punishing ice on the centrals, and build one scoring remote with Caprice and Ash to chain out Nisei’s.
