Now at the oh-so secluded top table, game three of the MultiZone Store Championship pairs my very own aggressive Eater MaxX deck against Montréal stalwart Roberto and his fast-as-ever Team Turtles Near-Earth Hub (go Outlaws, go!). With a bit of support from MaxX’s hacktivist contacts, can our favourite Anarch bring down the overwhelming expansion of NBN’s lunar broadcast station?

Store Championship II – Game 2: Reina Roja vs. Near-Earth Hub – The Métropole Grid
The second game of the MultiZone Store Championship pits Hany, the excellent Ottawa/Gatineau Netrunner Grid organizer and his hyper-aggressive Reina Roja, against Montréal traveler and Kate aficionado Nadim, as Nadim’s fast-as-ever Near-Earth Hub attempts to fend off the cyber-attacks of the Red Queen herself.
Store Championship II – Game 1: SYNC vs. MaxX – The Métropole Grid
With the new tournament rules freshly in place (3.0.2), the crew from Montréal piles into a fleet of cars and drives on down to Gatineau to get their first taste of post-Most Wanted List action. The stiff competition from the Ottawa region seems irrelevant as two Montréalers, Vincent and Andrej, face off in their first game of the day. Can tag-me MaxX hold her own against a very fast tag-you SYNC?
Store Championship – Finals – Game 1: Near-Earth Hub vs. Kate – The Métropole Grid
Just weeks after the announced NAPD Most Wanted List, Montréal has their first Store Championship of the 2016 Netrunner season. Only one final month left before NAPD’s mandatory (and exciting) security upgrades come into effect, the runners and corporations of Montréal are allowed one last stand with their favourite phone-based runner economy and substantial HB ICE. Can Toronto visitor Aaron go the distance, all the way from loser’s bracket, besting Jerome’s fast-advance NEH?
Winter Kit – Game 6: Blue Sun vs. Adam – The Métropole Grid
The compelled bioroid Adam approaches the unguarded servers of Blue Sun. With no recollection of how ‘he’ had arrived at this point, and even less of an idea of why, Adam only understood one thing: he was programmed for a single purpose, to run.
Winter Kit – Game 5: Blue Sun vs. Chaos Theory – The Métropole Grid
Long time Montréal bluff-master and Jinteki player Dominic decides to show up to our Winter Kit with something a bit different than his usual dark red cards. With the unstoppable economy and heavy-duty ICE that comes with Weyland’s lunar power division, can Dom perform his tried-and-true Jinteki chicanery? Or will Jon’s financially solvent Chaos Theory make all the right calls, as she dances on the knife’s edge?
Winter Kit – Round 2, Game 2: Adam vs. Haarpsichord Studios – The Métropole Grid
After getting much league time in with our compelled bioroid runner, Julien steps up to the plate with Adam, the mysterious Compulsive Hacker. Coming pre-installed with multiple humanity-serving directives, will this technological marvel break free from his creators’ chains, or will ‘he’ learn to bend these restrictions to become something even stronger than ever imagined? Up against the very dangerous media-game of Jon’s Haarpsichord ‘Convenience Shop’, where will the metal man run?
Winter Kit – Round 2, Game 1: E.T.F. vs. Chaos Theory – The Métropole Grid
In a world before the Most Wanted List, E.T.F.’s Foodcoats still runs wild and free. Between sports team endorsements (go Outlaws, go!), and a lucrative line of bioroid ‘companions’, the diligent minds at Haas-Bioroid have their many fingers in even more profitable pies. Can the engineering powerhouse stand up against the child prodigy Chaos Theory, as she flexes her mind and skills to produce a near Criminal income?
Winter Kit – Round 1, Game 2: Reina Roja vs. Blue Sun – The Métropole Grid
Deep inside the lunar power plant, a security console jumps to life. “Code red threat,” it warns, “Security protocols under attack!” Ms. Diego cracks a slow smile, “Red? Looks like our old friend is walking free once again.” Simone calmly sets down her warm mug of YucaBean and fires up the main power display. “All generators at full power!” she orders into the comms unit, “Initiate the security AIs!” Simone leans back at her security station as the entire complex begins to emit a soft and soothing hum, “It’s about time the Queen learned the true meaning of ‘Unlimited Power’.”
Winter Kit – Round 1, Game 1: Blue Sun vs. Valencia – The Métropole Grid
Winter Kit season is upon us, as the runners and corps of Montréal prepare their finest (and ‘funnest’), as they battle for shiny new Corroders and a gorgeous punk rock playmat! Game one brings Jerome’s incredibly brutal Valencia Vamp-Mill, as she twists the arm of my very own glaciery Blue Sun deck. With D4V1Ds and Blackmails at Val’s disposal, can the lunar power giant even protect themselves from her prying and investigative eyes?
